thought since I had posted in the IM thread I would officially make a thread in here. 2008 was officially the year I moved from the J scene..to the G/Z scene.

Here's a few shots of my journey.....Lemme know what you think!


Spring of 2008...my cav





Car got broken into while FS...





Summer/Fall of 08 sold the cav and bought my '06 5AT G35 - dropped on Tanabe springs, added front lip, ING sides, custom painted grille/tails







Sold the '06 35 in Oct of 2009....and bought my current '08 6MT fully loaded G37 in October of 2010 :-) installed 20" GT30's(9.5,10.5), KW Variant 3 coils






And this is how she currently sits. Installed a front SPC kit, Rear SPC kit, Sold the GT30's, Front TS lip being molded onw ith custom Audi LED mounted in it....

i usually HATE gold rims but...

ive been trying to sell my cav to get a Z, trying to follow your footsteps we could say lol.

the cav was nice, i rememeber it also, but damn that G is sick, those volks looked TITS.

Ordered new Works in WBC in the same sizes and offsets my Volks were. Should be here in about two months from Japan

Very nice! Mine looks exactly the same in the garage, threw mine up on jackstands last night in anticipation of new rubber coming soon.

I was thinking about upgrading to the 37 but think Im gonna wait for the redesign in 2012 or '13

paint your grill matching gold color so I can stop being distracted.

Looks good, I like the looks of the G37. Not really feeling either set of rims much. The ones on the lexus I like a lot better though. Needs the brembo package for them though

performance will wait for another year. Already have a Fast intentions exhaust picked out w/ X pipe, & Stillen dual intakes to start.
Selling the car actually had nothing to do with the car itself. Didn't mind having the 5at one but since it had tiptronic.
I actually sold the '06 to pay off some debt, and pay for an engagement ring

...after that I couldn't even last a full year without another G!

I freakin love the way the car looked with the gold rims. I actually prefer those to the new ones.
